General Shipping Information
Our products are located and sourced globally from numerous suppliers. Shipping is calculated based on your delivery address and the location of our supplier. For some items you may be charged local rates and others International rates, depending on the products ordered.
We do not carry heavy stock and outsource our manufacturing to different parts of the world.
Products are shipped individually and most items will have a separate tracking number for each item.
Express shipping is not available except for on The Irish Dance Diary, The Dance Diary and similar products. Please enquire with us for more information.
Our products are sourced and located at distributors in the United States, Australia & the United Kingdom depending on what they are. We cannot however disclose any further information on product locations.
*Due to COVID-19 please allow up to 6 weeks from receipt of tracking number to receive your items. We CANNOT guarantee any delivery times at this stage.
Shipping is charged based on the group of the allocated product. Shipping prices do not increase for multiple quantities of the same product.
Standard shipping costs vary between $6 - $30 USD depending on the goods and location.
Customers can be charged for buying & importing product into their country.
THE ID CO. does not take responsibility of any customs or import fees that may occur once the parcel reaches its destination country, the recipient must cover these changes.
Please note THE ID CO. does not collect or handle any tax charges or fees. If you have any queries regarding tax you may have been charged, please contact your local customs office.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you how much these would be, as these fees vary widely from country to country.
We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to ordering ANYTHING online, so you are not surprised by any unexpected charges.
Customs charges are not the same as sales taxes which are covered under the GST, VAT & Sales Taxes section.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns & Exchanges
Customers who received an Item with a manufacturing fault or damaged item ordered are entitled to either a full refund or replacement, please contact email@example.com if this has occurred before sending the item back.
Please see our T&Cs page for more information regarding major & minor product faults & failures.
As we operate on a print per garment order service, all items cannot be returned or exchanged as they are made to suit each order. Please be sure of your correct size and contact us if you have any queries.
All purchases are final unless goods are damaged.

Customs declarations must be filled out in full and must state that the product is being returned to its origin and the printed order invoice must also be inserted.
International Change of Mind Policy
Every order is custom made for you therefore NO exchanges or returns due to sizing decisions or change of mind.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL, THERE IS NO EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS UNLESS DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY.
When returning a fault item, It is recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure your delivery is safely returned to us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us.
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law (which is our country of registration), we are not required to offer you a refund for sizing, fit, change of mind, or returns.
For example, the consumer guarantees do not apply if you got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.
When you have a major problem with a product, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement, store credit, or refund. If we have misrepresented the product or provided an incorrect description, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement product, a store credit, or refund.
Purchases & Policies
Faults & Failures
There is a major failure with a product when: you would not have purchased it had you known about the problem/it is significantly different from the description/sample or demonstration you were shown/it is substantially unfit for its normal purpose/it is unsafe. For purchases with major failures you may reject the goods and get a refund or an identical replacement. Minor failures include small problems with products that do not fit into the major failure categories, for example, loose threads on clothing.
Customers must provide THE ID CO. with complete and accurate details when making purchases.
THE ID CO. is not liable if we are given an incorrect delivery address at the time of purchase or returned goods.
Any additional expenses in correcting the order are the responsibility of the customer.
All of our prices are in USD (see currencies), THE ID CO. is not responsible for varying currency conversion rates charged by customers’ banks or by online services such as Paypal.
Customers will receive an invoice confirming the order once THE ID CO. receives payment either through Credit Card or Paypal. Payment or debiting of your credit/debit card will be completed when you accept to complete the transaction at checkout. THE ID CO. uses the Wix Stores payment system connected with STRIPE & PAYPAL for all online credit card transactions. Stripe & Paypal payments are a PCI-DSS Certified Gateway. Your credit card number cannot be viewed by THE ID CO. STORE or any third party. We take a firm stance against credit card fraud. If your transaction is flagged in our system (suspected fraud), we will check your order by phoning you on the given number or email to ensure that the purchase has been made by the credit card holder. If we find anyone trying to use another person's details, THE ID CO. STORE will report all transaction information to the Australian Federal Police and banking authorities.
Order Processing & Production
Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday) excluding public holidays in Melbourne, Australia. Customers will be provided with tracking numbers once orders are shipped out. For shipping times & costs, please see our SHIPPING INFO.
Production times vary on stock levels of goods and the type of product ordered. These can vary from 1 day - 10 days and estimates can be found within each item's description.
After placing an order you will receive an email receipt confirming the details of your purchase.
This email receipt does not comprise a contract.
Orders may be cancelled at any time due to an inability to authorize a payment, insufficient stock, suspicion of fraudulent intent or any other reason deemed appropriate by THE ID CO. STORE. In addition, THE ID CO. STORE reserves the right to decline or cancel any such orders.

GST, VAT & Sales Taxes
GST, VAT & Other sales taxes applicable are collected by our company in compliance with the current up to date applicable laws.
All of our prices listed are excluding these amounts and the relevant taxes are calculated upon checkout.
Our website is based in USD and we have a visible currency converter on all store pages with is connected to xe.com with live up to date currency figures.
Please note that this does not take into account the amount that you may be charged by the bank for your transaction at their current live market rates. You will be charged in USD and this will be subject to the real time converstion plus any fees charged by your finance institution.
